During my Majors in Cellular and Molecular Biology, I have done a project on “Effect of Pomegranate extracts on ovarian cancer cell lines in vitro”, I was able to find the effect and monitor the cancer cells successfully. Worked on MTT assay, Invasion assay, Soft agar assay, Apoptotic assays (protein purification and assay). Molecular cloning and PCR is used in “Detection of co infection of ticks with micro filarial nematodes using PCR”, which was my research project during masters’ under the guidance of PI: Dr. Eva Sapi.
