I am passionate about health, fitness and wellness. I have been fortunate enough in my previous position to have learned so much! I am greatful for the experience. I am looking to promote healthier lifestyles and behavior choices. You will find that I am a strong presenter and comfortable presenting to large groups on various health topics.
