Would ideally like to work from home... Have over 26 years of word processing experience ...transcription from central dictate station, microcasettes, hard copy, PowerPoint presentations (from handwritten ideas or dictation, ensure font consistency, add animation, transition, sound, import graphics for added creativity, tables, graphs, organization charts, etc. Very good in Word ...headers, footers, page number, tables of content, redlining/accepting legal documents, mail merges (letters, memos, labels, name badges, certificates), brochures. Excel: spreadsheets, drop-down boxes, have limited formula knowledge. Limited Publisher experience, as PowerPoint was used primarily. Create and edit capabilities in Acrobat (search and replace, link pages to table of contents, add/remove graphics. Limited Visio knowledge but have used. Highest level of confidentiality (human resource and legal counsel issues). Attentive to detail (spellcheck, check numbers, grammar); can-do attitude and cooperation with customer (internal/external); very reliable; dependable.
