RssLegal Assistant/Paralegal/Administrative Assistant

I am looking for a position where I can use my writing skills, my creative problem solving skills. I am a researcher and a digger by nature. I love finding the answer and presenting solutions. I am empathic and have found working on personal injury cases to be very fulfilling. I have learned a great deal summarizing medical records.

Legal Support Worker

About Me

Industry:

Legal Services

Occupation:

Legal Support Worker

Highlights:

I was very proud of assisting on particular trial setting where a plaintiff was going to settle for a high dollar amount. But I pursued records on this plaintiff's case, that plaintiff's attorney had not disclosed, and that no one else had noticed, or requested. My pursuit of this one reference to this one treater ultimately produced medical records that indicated his medical condition was completely unrelated to the complaint at hand, which ultimately knocked him out of the settlement group. Our firm shared the finding with other defense firms and received considerable recognition for the discovery.
