Obregon and Mochis 2005. • Statistical analysis of impact on sales and production when changing product specifications (increasing of defect tolerances) of first and second quality of shell/on farmed shrimp. (2004). • Design of a Cleaning and Sanitation Program for Sierra Refrigerating Company. Warehouse that holds more than 5’000,000 lbs of frozen shrimp. (Nogales, Az 2003). • Supervision of sorting and repack of 30,000 lbs of frozen lobster tail. Brownsville, Tx 2006.
