• As production director for Global Advertising Strategies, in addition to my main roles as studio manager and project manager, I was constantly needed to act as creative director, copywriter, information architect, proofreader/editor, and print production manager. I creative directed TV, radio, web banners, digital outdoor, promo websites, and print. • As studio manager at Eliran Murphy Group, I quickly assumed multiple roles for fast-paced cultural/theatrical ad agency, supporting 6-7 art directors and supervising 1-3 production artists. I also provided main IT support and some office management functions the agency, saving over $4,800 per month. I instituted a complete font management solution for agency, as well as complete redesign of all graphic procedures, conventions, and hierarchies, resulting in significant increase in productivity and stability. • As studio director for Merkley Newman Harty & Partners, I was responsible for all direct-response and collateral work for clients such as BellSouth and Lipitor. I doubled the efficiency of the studio within three months. • As Manager of Creative Services for YAR Communications, a multicultural advertising and language translation agency, I directly supervised the work of a 35 station, cross-platform studio and a small web design studio in over 88 languages (including the LL Bean catalogs for Japan). I was also handled all print production for the agency. • As studio manager of Wunderman Cato Johnson, I reset all workflows and naming conventions, successfully converting the main studio from three shifts to two while increasing profits and efficiency. I also built and staffed a smaller, client-specific studio that reduced layout and mechanical revisions by 50%. • At International Masters Publishers, Inc., I acted as studio manager and art director, created an in-house graphic studio, and directed all internal creative work, saving company in excess of $1.5 million in the first two years. I also supervised external resources including design studios, photographers, printers, and lettershops.
