I have been looking for a new position in to apply my skills and 20 years of Architectural and Construction Management experience. I have valuable experience in supervision, quality control, design review/coordination, estimating, cost control, contract negotiation and preparation building codes, zoning boards, planning boards architectural review boards and permitting. I�m very organized, I�m a self-motivated worker, but I enjoy working as a team player. As a Senior Project Manager/Architect, I always try to make the job one that employees enjoy going to everyday.
