Throughout my career I have coordinated the development of the bottom line plans and then their breakout into their individual departments and classes with the merchants and the planning analysts. I have also directed the regional planning process to insure that the right merchandise gets to the right geographic areas at the right time. In one company I was instrumental in taking them from a manual planning and allocation system to a fully automated process. I had also worked with the warehouse operations to insure the close coordination of their work with the office work Throughout my career I have always be able to coordinate and communicate successfully with the merchants and the planning staff. This has always led to well thought out and sensible seasonal class plans.
