I have a Bachelors Degree with a wide range of studies, including engineering and management. I graduated from IUPUI in May 2005 while working 50+ hours a week at Aearo Technologies. Along with my education, I also have 13 years of experience in high-paced manufacturing plants. I have excellent interpersonal and communications skills through my work experience, especially the vendors and supply side when I was the product supply analyst at Aearo Technologies. I worked with all the departments across the board along with all of the managers and vp's in multiple plants across the world. Also, I have Six Sigma and lean manufacturing implementation experience. I also am a self starter with a hands-on and go-getter management style. I have excelled and advanced in every position that I held. Also at Aearo Technologies, when I was the Product Supply Analyst, I worked in Cognos, Excel, Word, SAP, and many more software packages. I was certified with Advanced Excel. I have a knack for computers and training on any software is achievable in a short period of time. I am a go getter with a positive attitude, especially when it comes to computer business applications. I have outstanding organizational and multitasking skills along with working under pressure to meets deadlines. I am Bilingual in Spanish. It was very advantageous at Sussex because the majority of workers are hispanic. I have acquired my conversational spanish through my work and my wife is hispanic. Also, I studied in college for a couple of years.
At Aearo Technologies, it was a very high paced, large volume production lines from start to finish. With Aearo being a 4 shift operation, I had 35 people at one given time on rotational shifts. Sussex was more specialized in the semiconductor electronics industry. It just proves that I can adapt very well and really quickly to any situation.
