I am a career Operations Professional. I began as a welder and have progressively taken on more responsibility resulting in my current position as Operations Manager with Odenberg Engineering. I am computer-proficient in Word, Excel and MS Project and I have experience in MRP systems, ISO 9001 and Lean Manufacturing Processes. Completion of an MBA degree has broadened my knowledge of business management and financial understanding. In my current position I oversee scheduling for all manufacturing work, authorize all manufacturing spending, mentor and review technical and professional staff, oversee quality, environmental and safety programs. I have a vast knowledge of production processes including welding, metal fabrication, machining, CNC equipment, electronics, final assembly, maintenance, and warehouse activities.
