I have been able to accomplish a myriad of goals and successful changes, implementing training and empowering agents with education and support structure. Over the past several months a corporate restructuring has taken place and my opportunities to expand and develop my current department has been stifled by corporate red tape. I am a loyal employee but have been disappointed in my inability to further efforts to attain company and department goals. I am always trying to exceed expectations and am proud of my projects and sitting idle will not do for me. So I feel I have no choice but to bring my talents and hard work to a firm that will utilize my skills and appreciate my work ethic.
