I am completing a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration in September, 2011. I ultimately want to be a philanthropist, donating my time, money, and skills to something I passionately believe in. But for now, I am breaking into healthcare management; ready to become involved with a successful team where I will find a good balance of "growing" and "giving". By growing, I mean finding an environment where I am able to hone and refine my management skills. I am looking for an introductory management position with chances for advancement. I hope to find an environment where I can study some successful managers and learn any skills that I am lacking AND by "giving" I mean that I have much to offer my future employer(s). I have worked in healthcare for the previous 26 years. I hope to work up the ladder in a large company.
