Responsibilities
strongly advocated for the safety of clients and staff in disagreement with staff/client ratio resulting in numerous injuries to clients and clinical team. More BHT's scheduled, minimal injury's and more reports of feeling safe from clients and staff.
Daily review of clients charts/clinical documation resulting in minimization of deficiencies as requires per JACHO standards.
