Highlights:
I started off on the Support Desk and very quickly was given more responsibilities. After two years I was promoted to Systems Administrator where I took on the role of backup Network Admin and Messaging Administrator. That company was purchased by the company I'm currently with, and I was soon relocated to the US Corporate office and given the Lead Support Technician position and given further duties as a Collaboration administrator over all things messaging.
