Highlights:
My greatest accomplishments are not all my success on the job to be quite honest. It is in fact my choices I have made to get where I am today. The choice of who surrounds me, on the job and off. Knowing the right people and surrounding myself with them has helped me immensly and keeps me sane. My husband, my family, and my network of friends and associates have all been huge contributors to my success. Even employees that I have had to let go have often spoken highly of me afterwards and for me, that means a lot. We are humans and what we leave behind is our real achievement so I prefer to practice sincerity and integrity and reap what I sow. I have won numerous awards in my educational field and with my sales achievements, but the most important reward for me is the respect and admiration of those I respect and admire; my peers and loved ones.

My major responsibilities involve market analysis with our marketing team and then strategic planning together. Once a plan has been made, its my job to motivate and drive my team to achieving the goals set. If there are any troubles along the way, those are mine to deal with leaving my team to what they are hired to do-sell. I am accountable for a large budget, and sales forecasting on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.
