Highlights:

My personal best highlight was working at QuickBooks as an Online Customer Support Technician for Merchant Services. Being that I was the only one, I was able to complete a full day's work in less than a couple of hours, and filled another position in the Training Department, teaching QuickBooks to new hires. This is what brought me the most satisfaction in my working career because I could teach what I did for work to others, bringing in new hires to the floor at a higher standard than what was expected. I went back to visit a few months after I left and out of my last set of 6 students all but one had been promoted to my department. The last had moved away.

Companies I like:

Ohio State University

CollapseResponsibilities

Conducted all research aspects on my study, including recruiting viable and healthy participants, scheduling and running all appointments, processing of all blood and urine analysis, maintaining the records database of all questionnaire responses for a total of 19 followup appointments. I was able to fully train a new hire to take over my position and a fill in employee while I was maintaining my own work responsibilities in less than half the time it was expected to bring them up to speed. Training others is my forte.
