Responsibilities
The first area of major responsibility in my most recent position was as an attendance secretary, in which I had to ensure all teachers entered their daily attendance correctly and on time for each student, mail certified habitual truancy letters for each student that showed weak attendance, check late students into class, check out students when leaving early, fill in gaps concerning student attendance, make referrals to the social worker and District Attorney's office when parents did not respond to notifications of their child's habitual truancy and notify principals, assistant principals and special education supervisors when a child became a habitual truant. Another major responsibility in my most recent position was entering all incident referral forms into the company database and the disposition of each incident.
