Perform administrative and clerical task for Property Managers. Research billing history referencing to properties tax liens. Correspond by e-mail to utility providers informing of newly acquired properties. Research utility providers for newly acquired proper ties, utility meter numbers for accuracy. Utilize excel speed sheets to access reports to inquire about utilities information at the properties. Mail merges letters to utility providers and police department to inform of ownership of foreclosed properties. File and scan documentation in Adobe database to insure property status. Utilized Adobe to scan documentation in database for filing. Perform extensive research in order to perform Account Receivable and Payable. Perform accounting techniques in order to pay vendors and utility providers. Research Titles for correct information to perform closing of foreclosed properties. Provide training to new hirers, which entail’s supervising the status of training. Collect payments from realtors and brokers in order to complete Home Inspection. Consult with realtors and broker to provide accurate information pertaining to policies and procedures regarding the Home Inspection.
