CUstomer service for Sprint/Nextel Customers online. Chat is an easier way for them to communicate. Everyday I use, Data entry, Customer Service Excellence, S-view, P2K, (excel, quickbooks for Sprint.) Training was 4 weeks to learn everything to start. Again I learn and obtain extremely well.I changed tires, ordered inventory as well as customer orders. I provided excellent customer service and support to every customer. I kept up with the books as well as did data entry for wheel stock and customer orders, as well as payroll and financing information. Most of that was done in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.I was book keeper. I did data entry, payroll, customer service and sales. I also maintained a clean store and office. I assisted in inventory and ordering. I trained new employees as well as hired/fired and handled all their paperwork files and employment information.
