Provides administrative support for a senior “C’ level executive, Board of Directors and other key management, such as screening calls and visitors, resolving routine inquiries, taking messages, making appointments and managing an appointment calendar, opening and managing mail distribution, arranging conference calls, photocopying, facsimile transmissions, ordering supplies and preparing documentation for bill payments and tracking expenditures for budgeting purposes, making travel arrangements, preparing and submitting expense statements and maintaining files.
