Highlights:

I have always been a very extroverted and outgoing person. I enjoy getting to know people and making sure that they are well taken care of. If someone is unhappy after talking to me, then my job is not finished. I have been able to appease certain customers who have been irate about a certain situation regarding orders, questions, comments, etc. by always finding the best solution. I have had several people email me compliments with how I have handled a situation, as well as had people speak directly to my supervisor just to tell them that they were pleased with the service I offered them. Making people happy, makes me me feel like I am doing a job well done, as well as ensuring that the company I work for has continued support and confidence from those people.
