My main career has been in finance through banks and credit unions at the middle management level. I have overseen 11 loan officers and processors. I have also written and implemented new programs for lending and taught and interpreted policy and compliance to my employees. Currently, I manage the membership department with a not for profit society who supports engineers internationally in the material and composite fields.
