Responsibilities
I currently am helping to conducting new employee training for weight loss counselors. We have a one week combination classroom and workplace split style training. I was promoted from within based on my experience in my position as a weight loss counselor,my previous years of management and training experience, and my professional demeanor. My other area of responsibility is to monitor the new employees to find out if they are using the skills and resources on which they were trained.
