Everyday I had to ensure that we had specials that would entice customers but also ensured that we went through product before it expired as well as making sure that what I put on special would be something that customers would find appealing and that the price was right. Customer satisfaction was driven not only by the taste and quality of the food served but also by the type of people I hired to smile and be courteous to our customers to ensure that they returned on a regular basis.
