Responsibilities
I was the sole fraud and abuse investigator for one of the BCBS entities in the midwest, reviewing records, interviewing patients, analyzing data, generating reports and making recommendations. Before that, I supervised the claims support and examination staff, doing training, quality review and the like for the other examiners, as well as doing claims intake and claim management.
