At present my key job responsibilities include taking a title that can have many liens and encumbrances on it and turning it into a clean and marketable title in time for closing. This involves me getting the required payoffs and documents to support the "clean" title. I also handle several post closing issues. Some issues being researching open balances, getting liens and judgments satisfied and getting paid off mortgages showing as still open satisfied.
