? Audited/Verified all outgoing orders pulled by order selectors. ? Provides support to Warehouse Supervisor ?Verified and/or obtains all customers contact information, including contact name, address, telephone and fax numbers, and email address. ?Completed all paperwork for outgoing orders (I.e. Bill of Ladings for US Bestway/USFB, Yellow, RPM, UPS, DHL, FedEx Ground and Air). ? Selected orders for customers using a manual pallet jack, and/or a reach lift. ? Provided support by telephone and email to both internal and external customers. ? Informed customers of any updates or upcoming events that would effect their accounts. ? Reconciled accounts for customers. ? Provided customers with solutions to their specific needs by thinking “outside the box”.
