Highlights:
At the highlight of my career, My original position was in the Accounts Payable Department, where I received and processed all A/P for out of state hotels within the East Coast. This process was done on a weekly basis, from inputting of invoices to cutting of payable checks with bulk mailings. This position was held for approximately 1½ yrs, with past experience of over 5 years. I was then promoted and held the position of Payroll Administrator, but continued to process and oversee the Accounts payable department, along with the process of payroll for each hotel, I was also responsible for new hire data and keying any data pertaining to personal information changes of the employees. From change of address, salary increases to Terminations. Payroll was done on a bi-weekly schedule. This past experience is how I have come to learn and achieve payroll experience along with all aspects of Administrative experience.
Companies I like:
Payroll, Accounts Payable, Administrative, Finance, H/R
Responsible for new hire data and keying any data pertaining to personal information changes of the employees, from change of address, salary increases to Terminations.
I was also responsible for Budgets and Direct Labor employees. I also assisted the Human Resources Manager
Entry of Expenses for Area Managers, along with approval for payment thru the payroll account.
Payroll was done on a bi-weekly schedule. Any New Hire employees would be taken from Report Smith and imported into an Excel spreadsheet. I would than enter all time and attendance. This was e-mailed to me directly by the Area Managers located in multiple states.
Once the Payroll was proven out and completed, I would download the Payroll to ADP for processing.
