Difficult to say - my desire would be to work for a relatively unknown, small company - not one that anyone would be familiar with.
Responsibilities
I was responsible for the mangement of 7 operational departments within the company. One of those areas included 19 staff members, with one manager who reported directly to me. I brought this service to the company and developed it from scratch into a $50K - $100K monthly income producer within 6 months. Another of those departments included application development. There were four full-time programmers in this department. We were in the process of re-writing many of the databases throughout the company - upgrading from Visual Basic to dot net technology.
