Today Succession defines the industry’s leading product portfolio of Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) solutions for service providers and enterprises Re-developed and launched WorldCom audioconferencing service, and increased recurring monthly revenue by over 200% Developed and managed the MCI International Decathlon and MCI International World Cup Challenge contests. The contests were promoted consumers in over 100 countries and generated $200,000 and $500,000 in incremental revenue, respectively. Received MCI commendation for managing development of a new international competitive analysis marketing report and expert system, which facilitated $450,000 in annual revenue. Developed and implemented the Succession Champions Program, a strategic marketing initiative generating 3rd party market advocacy for Nortel Networks’ vision of the next-generation network.
