Two responsibilities that stick out in my last company was seeking out, interviewing and hiring possible applicants for our company to place in hospitals. My second responsibility was to be on call and fill postions for these hospitals for 24 hours. Afterwards, I would follow up with the hospitals and resolved any issues that came up. I also was responsible for payroll, hours, scheduling, hiring and firing, and repremanding staff employed by the company.
