I am a market development strategist with a focus on national organizations with established and or maturing distribution and retail networks, that require assistance achieving their organizations strategic visions and growth objectives. My work has been predominantly focused in the fast moving automotive and retail marketing arenas in areas affecting customer purchase cycles such as loyalty, re-purchase retention, customer referral, CSI, product improvement, in addition to quality product and service delivery. Along with this experience I have been exposed to continuous improvement training in areas such as Six Sigma, Total Quality Management (TQM) and Organizational Process Improvement (OPI) to name a few. I have extensive experience in markets such as the Middle East, Europe, North and Central America, Asia Pacific and the Caribbean.
