� Managing groups, resources and revenue for the group and building a strong client relationship. � Leadership role in managing the timely dissemination of all Project information using multiple communications strategies � Identifies and acquire resources and mediates problems between teams and team members in building a strong partnership with the clients. � The Budget planning for the group in alignment with the Company plans � Plans, estimates, budgets, and controls costs to ensure successful completion of Projects � Defines Risk Management criteria and the appropriate risk responses for mitigation and recommending solutions. � Developed and implemented the performance measurement for the Projects using Project Metrics � Building strong Vendor Relationships to get right resources with the appropriate skills. � The following were some of the Delivery Responsibilities � Part of the Change Control Board for the various outsourcing Projects managed by the Company. � Set up a detailed Communication Plan, between the offshore, onsite resources, clients and the executive management � Establishing and managing the peer review processes, documentations etc. � Continuous Client visits to manage and improve the Client satisfaction with regards to the Reliability and Service rendered.
