Provide assistance & information to motor vehicle operators seeking compliance with state motor vehicle laws, Assist each section of motor veh. division in collection of deliquent revenue & implement enforcement procedures,prepare daily reports to include monies collected, cash reciepts issued, travel expenses incurred, Issue citations via computer, weighing of vehicles, & issuing citations for violations Employed with Choctaw Co. Health Dept. from 08-84 to 12-97 beginning as Clerk 1, later upgrading to Clerk 11 Initial contact for several different programs, Greet public, make appointments, operate vbarious business machines, ocassional typing, computer billing for three different programs, answer telephone and direct calls, incoming & outgoing mail, take payments & make change for servixes rendered, keep records & index cards current, prepare clinic visit reports for statistical purposes, sort & file records, general clerical duties 1975-1983 Employed as dispatcher with City of Hugo Police Department. Upgraded to police officer.
