My most recent position was Assistant Director at a preschool. I was basically the management liason between the teachers and the Director. I grew to have a solid rapport with all teachers, students, and parents where each of them knew they could come to me with any question or problem. I also organized all events for the school, recreational, staff meetings, teacher training, and classroom activities outside the school.
