Recommend, implement policy and direct management of default administration, bankruptcies, foreclosures and REOs for residential and reverse mortgage loan portfolio.
Manage and/or collaborate with staff that performs activities related to residential loan servicing, including customer service, property insurance administration, property tax administration, escrow analysis, private mortgage insurance claims administration, lockbox and loan level accounting.
Evaluate business plans prepared by seller/servicers and approve appropriate loss mitigation strategies.
Review seller/servicer agreements and contracts; analyze financial information for each individual seller/servicers to substantiate continuing eligibility.
