I am now unemployed. Previously, I worked for Sodexho for 7 years as a food service consultant in their division of school services (k-12). In that position I was General Manager in charge of everything in a school cafeteria. During the first few years I managed 4 elementary Charter schools, 1 private and 1 school district. Then, I transfered to a high school. I have experience in recruiting, A/P and A/R, purchasing, receiving, storing, promotional evaluations, invoicing and marketing.
