Accomplishments
Highlights:
• Manufacturing Equipment–Managed a $10M two-year program to upgrade the material handling systems at the Westinghouse Columbia Fuel Fabrication Facility necessary to manufacture the nuclear fuel and control rod assemblies for the new Westinghouse AP1000 Reactors. • Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition System–Orchestrated a complex $10M Hotline Modernization SCADA Project for ALCOA which delivered all required functionality for a scheduled 36-month project in 24 months. • SAP Migration–Developed the SAP Plant Migration Methodology and Migration Tools that were used to implement SAP at 32 Weyerhaeuser plants. Managed successful SAP migration projects at the first 2 Weyerhaeuser plants (Flint River and Cedar River). • Strategic Planning and Project Methodologies–Managed the development of a set of methodologies for the Electric Power Research Institute that allows nuclear utilities to develop strategic and tactical plans for upgrading or replacing their complex instrument and control computer systems in a cost effective and non-disruptive manner.
