I'm a geeky sort of person, with a definite bent toward the arts. I can herd squirrels and am typically most happy when I'm up to my elbows in something. I have a knack for motivating people to do those tasks no one wants to do, and I usually can have people laughing while they do them. I'm typically hired when they're looking for real change and when someone is needed to build functional teams out of dysfunctional groups of people. I have been referred to as a force of nature, a hurricane in a small package, and a few other not quite as flattering things by the people who really hate change.
