Highlights:
A primary client was American Express Corporate Services in which I was heavily involved with the acquisition of and for who I was responsible for the sales training, management, further development and strategic goal setting of their national sales program within PRC. Externally, this role entailed interaction with 200+ sales people and 20+ marketing personnel in order to meet and exceed sales growth projections of 20% in a competitive and mature environment. Responsible for enterprise-wide development of processes and procedures for sales (operational) performance enhancement. This is accomplished through root cause determination of consultative sales performance, analysis of those findings, creation of behavior based solutions, training and deployment of those methodologies, and the establishment of Key Performance Indicator and Service Level Agreement based measurements.
