I have had my own IT consulting business for about 7 years now. That work revoled around technical systems integration and business process management. I don't do much business lately, as my job now is as Product Development Engineer for a telecom CLEC (Competative Local Exchange Carrier). My work to date at the company has been in VoIP deployment. This includes technical implementation as well as internal employee and customer training. I'm responsible for overall user and a good majority of the internal training documentation as well as a memember of the team responsible for technical troubleshooting and L3 support for customers. It's a mix of Sales Engineering, Trainer, Network Engineering, Quality Assurance Testing and Solution Testing.
