Client Reception,Data enty,Heavy Phones,time effective, charts on all clients,back up files in computer,daily auditing on all paperwork old clients as well as New clients.Some Set ups on new employees for Appt.'s on 1st and 2nd interviews. Check new accounts for accuracy. Q.C all Data. Check office stock,make Puchases whenever needed for company.Recieve new clients answer any Questions they my have and make them as comfortable as possible.Make resevations for meeting lunches and prep. ahead for any paperwork that will be needed for the next day. Sometimes staying late to see that all is done and ready for the next day.
