I used to work for Midwest Janitorial Services, and two things that really made an impact on me, was being trusted with keys to banks, and buildings. That may not mean much to anyone else, but when one can hand out the keys, it makes it easier on the management to be able to check the building when it is convienient for the management. Also, knowing that the management could ask me to help out at a building and I was more than willing, made things easier to cover all appointments for the day.
