Highlights:
Managed a biomedical engineering facility in a large medical center saving of over $200K in outsourced repair costs, and improved patient electrical safety. Developed and conducted a customer service training program for a major medical center that significantly improved patient satisfaction and employee performance. Assisted in the development and implementation of an ergonomics survey and training program for two major medical centers. Over 1500 employees were trained and tracked to reduce the incidence of repetitive motion injury.
