Highlights:

Dobbs Ferry Community Hospital (1993-4)provided MEP construction documents and acted as P.M. for Laproscopic Wing conversion. Doral Inn (1995) provided alternate means and methods for Hotel infrastructure upgrade. Original plan was to use cranes for MEP upgrades in basement. Instead, I provided alternate plan to provide opening in Hotel owned adjacent garage floor; cover with diamond plate, providing "re-usable" trap door. Initial savings were in excess of six figures. Doral Inn (1996) - provided all preparation and submission of report saving almost $ 1million for the Hotel's yearly water consumption invoiced from the D.E.P. JMB - 2001(Tiffany WhippanyDistr.Ctr.) Acted as Owner MEP Construction Mgr. personally responsible for $52 million of $98 million project. P.M. responsibility included state of the art German conveyors (5.5 miles)and "robotics"; Miscellaneous metal assemblies from Holland; and state of the art "Vesda" Fire Alarm system, Security, Truck docks, etc. Gale Construction (2004) - Successful P.M. for 44k sf Garfield Early Child Care school project. Project built on time included over $3 million of infrastructure change orders approved after 8 - 10 months of a 13 month project.
