1) help structure a reorganization for a subsidiary of Aerotech in the UK
2) created a sales brochure that was used by several other offices on the East Coast.
3) Help implement, map and test a new accounting system working for distributor.

Responsible for all financial transactions, cash functions, banking relations and budgeting.
Prepare P&L, B/S, GP reports, cash forecast, financial analysis, and inventory reports. Provide CEO and owner with commentary on all budget variances. Assist in all strategic decisions of the company.
On a daily basis maintain A/P and A/R functions along with credit and collections.
Process bi-monthly payroll through ADP. Issue W-2’s, 1099’s, 1096’s annually.
Provide all HR functions to 13 employees and maintain Administrator status.
Responsible for leasing, maintenance/repair, and finances of the building we currently occupy.
