Second assignment: Opened first new facility for company in 10 years --- hired team, trained, and got operation up to highest quality and efficiency and safety levels in region. Successful redesign of primary production equipment which increased productivity and lowered labor costs dramatically, in addition to reducing risks for injuries to team members.
