Created/developed a topical CD on various topics for the nuclear industry. This provided the industry with the status of the topic, what was relevant on the subject and how the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) planned to resolve the issue. RESULT: Generation of additional revenue of several thousand dollars annually.
Developed/conduct/managed a workshop where utility licensees could communicate/present their ideas on how to handle certain electronic filings with the Nuclear Commission. RESULT: Incremental Revenue of thousands of dollars annually.
Developed/conducted/planned a survey system that went to utilities on various topics. This was to help them in solving problems on systems, instrumentation, and/or components. RESULTS: Major savings in help desk time and increase customer efficiency.
Completed college with honors. RESULT: Awarded a check of $2,000 upon graduation from Southern Illinois University for excellent performance while working full time.
