Highlights:

Have been an integral part of the hiring/interviewing process. Have a very good 72 question portfolio used to screen for the best performers. Developed Licensing Information Service for domestic and international customers. This program was a way to ask questions from the utility to the NRC or to get copies of special documents that were available from the NRC Public Document Room in Washington, DC. RESULT: This program generated three million dollars in incremental revenue each year. Created/developed a topical CD on various topics for the nuclear industry. This provided the industry with the status of the topic, what was relevant on the subject and how the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) planned to resolve the issue. RESULT: Generation of additional revenue of several thousand dollars annually. Developed/conduct/managed a workshop where utility licensees could communicate/present their ideas on how to handle certain electronic filings with the Nuclear Commission. RESULT: Incremental Revenue of thousands of dollars annually. Developed/conducted/planned a survey system that went to utilities on various topics. This was to help them in solving problems on systems, instrumentation, and/or components. RESULTS: Major savings in help desk time and increase customer efficiency. Completed college with honors. RESULT: Awarded a check of $2,000 upon graduation from Southern Illinois University for excellent performance while working full time. Utilized uncompensated overtime because customers wanted research done and did not want anyone else to do the job. RESULT: Awarded a check for $1,700 from the Scientech.
