This matter featured a five-week trial and the eventual recovery of over $75,000.00 in legal and expert fees and costs.United States of America v. Johnson, 986 F.2d 134 (1993)These cases resulted in the successful reversal of the unconstitutional practice of enhancing a sentence with ancillary charges.
