Perform analytical and physical testing on stability samples according to the Stability Program using different analytical methodologies which include HPLC and Dissolution/Drug Release. Prepare and review test results against specifications and initiates out of specification investigations when necessary. Perform data review of final reports and maintain accurate documentation of the Stability Programs Reports. Perform basic troubleshooting and calibration of HPLC and Dissolution Systems. Participate in validation and transfer of new methodologies or improvement of existing methods from HPLC to UPLC instruments.
